Regenerative capacities are the innate abilities that enable individuals and teams to be healthy, creative, and life-nurturing parts of the systems they belong to. They include imagination, empathy, emotional maturity, and the ability to collaborate and adapt with living systems. My work is about creating the conditions for these capacities to re-emerge — in people, organizations and communities.
I facilitate transitions that invite organisations, educational institutions and teams to move away from extractive, linear modes of working and towards more life-aligned, regenerative ways of being. I mostly, but not exclusively, work in food transitions and education.
Each collaboration begins with a conversation. We explore where you are, your context and story, what challenges or questions you’re holding, and what kind of support aligns best.
From there, we decide on starting with a single workshop, a multi-day gathering, or directly entering a long-term transition process.
Every process is customised — there are no ready-made solutions, only carefully designed spaces for emergence and transformation.
I offer support through four main formats:
Facilitation – designing and guiding gatherings, workshops and programs for learning, unlearning and collective reflection.
Guidance – ongoing support for individuals or teams navigating complex transitions.
Speaking engagements – keynotes, panels, and webinars that make complexity accessible and inspire movement.
Education – guest lectures and trainings that bring regenerative thinking into classrooms and professional learning environments.
I collaborate with organisational leaders, educators, facilitators, entrepreneurs, and (grassroots) community initiatives who are ready to question old patterns and nurture the conditions for regeneration — within their organisations, bioregions or personal leadership.
I’m based in the Netherlands and work both in-person and online, often across borders. I prefer to work within a distance of a maximum of two days, travelling by train from the Netherlands. I mostly work within Italy/France, and the Rivers of the North Sea Delta Region (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany).
The form (in-person or online) depends on the context — some processes require presence; others can unfold beautifully through digital spaces.
Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to unlearn. I hold space for reflection, but the real transformation happens when participants engage fully and take ownership of their journey.
Together, we create a container where new ways of thinking and relating can take root.

Yes. Some clients invite me for keynotes, workshops or retreats; others for longer transition processes lasting several months or years. We’ll design the scope together based on your intentions and available time.
Fees depend on the length and scope of the collaboration. I offer scaled pricing for non-profit and grassroots initiatives. The best way to begin is with a conversation — we’ll clarify your needs and I’ll provide a proposal that aligns with your context and situation.
My work bridges food innovation, education, systems thinking, and creative facilitation. I hold a Bachelor’s in Food Innovation and a Master’s in Creativity and Innovation from the Edward de Bono Institute.
I’m also trained as a B Leader, Design Thinker and Systems Thinker, and have facilitated across sectors including business, education, and regenerative start-ups.
